Peek Season Pro Tip: How to answer in-season reporting questions FAST

When business is hoppin', it's hard to make time to keep tabs on the business details. So, we're here to remind you that checking a few reports is a quick way to know how your photo/video sales and marketing program is going. Here's 3 questions you can answer with PicThrive reporting, and HOW you can quickly run those reports. Plus, you can always browse all the Reporting Help pages.

  1. Am I on track for hitting our end-of-season or end-of-year goals?
  2. How do our photo/video sales for this year compare to last year?
  3. Are we hitting our social sharing targets?
    Monitoring your Gallery Review Clicks and which types of Reviews are getting activity gives you potential quick wins to build up your brand, and even drive direct bookings. If you're looking to build up your presence on a particular Review site, and you're not seeing that activity in your reports, then you could use the advanced store advertising spaces to run a promotion for more reviews. > Get more ideas on generating direct bookings from our recent blog post.
Product Update: Reducing friction for more WOW

The most recent small, but very helpful, product updates are all about reducing friction with your guests and staff.  You can always see what's new by viewing the 'Announcements' section within the Workspace.

  1. Reviewing Email history just got easier, too! History Dialog now shows the contents of the email, including when refunding Stripe payments. You'll find a refresher on all the helpful info within the Email Contents here, including a short demo video to walk you through it.
  2. Quickly see, and verify, which of "Today's" guests were sent an email and which still need one. View Emails linked to an Album to View the "Guest List" inside the Send Dialog.
