Album Card

The Album Card allows you to quickly manage, add photos/videos, and send the contents of the album.

  1. The album's title or name will be visible in the Workspace and the online store. Simply click to edit or change. It will automatically save your changes. Name an album after the tour (i.e. tour time, tour name, guide), so it's easy for you and your guests to find.
  2. The number of photos and videos uploaded and available online are displayed here. Clicking one of these items will take you to the Manage Album page.
  3. To send someone their album click SEND. You'll then have the option to:
    1. Send an Entire Album that has been paid for.
    2. Send a Specific quantity of photos/videos from the album that have been purchased.
    3. Send a Link to buy online for the customer to buy and pay for on the online store. A coupon can optionally be applied.
  4. The top bar provides quick access to common actions.

Manage Album

Inside an album, you can move, copy, delete, play slideshows, download photos/videos, and much more. See Manage Album for more details.

To manage an album click either:

a. at the bottom left of the Album card.

OR

b. More Menu Options button. Then click the Manage Album button option.

Advanced Album Card Details

As you use PicThrive more and more, you will encounter more advanced information on the Album Card. Here is an Album Card with all its bells & whistles showing:

  • When you have multiple Stores attached to your account you will see a logo appear on the left-hand side of each album. In the image above this is a red circle. This logo will reflect which Store the album is associated with. To change the Store the album is for, click the Logo.
  • The white box, next to the Send button, with the # 2 in it, shows all the emails associated with the album. Clicking this will show you all Orders, Gift Cards and Store Links associated with this album.
