Email Status

Every email entry has a status Icon on the left-hand-side. This gives you a quick insight into the status of email.

  • Sent
    • The email has been sent to the recipient.
  • Delivered
    • The customer's email provider confirmed the email has been received.
  • Opened
    • The customer has opened the email.
  • Bounced
    • The customer's email provider rejected the email. This most likely occurs if an email was typed incorrectly. See How do I resolve bounced emails? for a quick guide on how to resolve this.
  • Resolved
    • You have resolved a bounced email. Either by ignoring it, or by sending it to a new email address. Be sure to click CONTENTS to see what action was resolved.
  • Complaint
    • The customer marked the email as spam.

On the History page you can filter emails by Email Status. Click the right button on the toolbar and select List by Updated Status. In the drop-down menu that appears next to it, select which status you want to filter by.
