    • This appears if a customer is sent a full album, buys an album online, or redeems a Gift Card.
  • Gift Card
    • This appears if a customer is sent a credit (Gift Card) for certain quantity of photos or videos to redeem online.
  • Store Link
    • The customer was sent a link to the online store to purchase photos/videos online.
  • Store Link (Pending Order)
    • The customer chose their photos on a Kiosk, submitted the order but it was never approved by staff. Instead of deleting the Pending Order, a link was sent to the customer to purchase online.
