How do I resend an email?

Any email (order, purchase, link) can be resent to a customer free of charge. To resend an email, please follow the steps below:

  1. Find the customer's email on the History page in PicThrive.
  2. Click [ ] to the far right of the row containing the desired email address to open the Advanced Options for the purchase.
  3. A dropdown menu will open with several options. Select ⤳ Resend to resend the email to the customer.
Clicking Resend will send the exact same contents of the originial email to the customer. If the album has been changed, you will need to send a new link.
