An email won't send. What do I do?
Navigate to Pending. Is there a Red row with the guest's email address in it? Check the error message associated with the Pending Entry. Correct any changes it suggests. Eg. Edit the email to be valiβ¦

There is no error message
- Navigate to the Album on the Workspace
- Is there a red icon on the top left of the album?
- If so, click the icon. Some photos or videos may have failed to upload. Either retry or remove the files. The album will automatically send within 5 minutes once its resolved.
There is Red Icon
- Are you using another computer to upload? If so please check that computer for the above.
- If not, please wait 5 minutes. If nothing changes, please close and re-open PicThrive.
- The album will automatically send within 5 minutes.
