An email won't send. What do I do?

  1. Navigate to Pending.
  2. Is there a Red row with the guest's email address in it?
  3. Check the error message associated with the Pending Entry.
  4. Correct any changes it suggests. Eg. Edit the email to be valid.

There is no error message

  1. Navigate to the Album on the Workspace
  2. Is there a red icon on the top left of the album?
  3. If so, click the icon. Some photos or videos may have failed to upload. Either retry or remove the files. The album will automatically send within 5 minutes once its resolved.

There is Red Icon

  1. Are you using another computer to upload? If so please check that computer for the above.
  2. If not, please wait 5 minutes. If nothing changes, please close and re-open PicThrive.
  3. The album will automatically send within 5 minutes.
