PicThrive gives you the power to save Keyword Filters for the workspace. These Keywords allow you to quickly filter albums on large days. You can optionally set a unique color for each keyword to help you visually identify albums. You can also select whether or not you'd like the Keyword to show on the online store and tablets.

Keywords will appear at the top of the screen automatically once there are at least 3 albums. We will automatically recommend keywords based on the frequency they appear in your day's albums. If each album is uniquely named, you will not see any recommendations.

Save Keywords with optional Color

If you find any of the keywords useful and want to save them, you can do so in 2 ways:

  • Hover over the keyword. Click the "save" icon. In the dialog that appears set the color you want, if you want the Keyword to show on the online store and on tablets, and then click "Save".
  • Alternatively, you can manage these settings in the Workspace settings. Navigate to the "Keyword Filter" section.

Note:

  • Keywords are saved per store. When creating a Keyword, you can select what store it should apply to, or select "All Stores" to have it apply to all stores.

Editing Keywords

Once a keyword has been created, you will still be able to modify it if you wish. This can also be done in 2 ways:

  • Hover over the keyword. Click the "edit" icon. In the dialog that appears, you can change what you'd like and then click "Save".
  • Alternatively, you can edit your keywords from the Workspace settings and navigate to the "Keyword Filter" section. Click the pencil/edit icon to edit a specifc keyword.

FAQ

How do I filter by a keyword?

When a keyword appears at the top of the page, give it's text a click. The albums will now be filtered by that keyword. You can click on multiple keywords to filter further down.

If you no longer want to filter by that keyword, either click it again, or clear the "orange search" section.

How do you recommend creating keywords?

We recommend creating keywords to match the type of tours or trips you offer. For example if you offer an "Upper Big Stream" trip we recommend using that as a keyword. We also recommend setting unique colors for each keyword. This will let you quickly identify albums on the Workspace, and the History page by their colors.

Are these keywords visible on the Online Store?

Yes! Just ensure that the checkbox for "Show On Online Store" is selected when adding or editing the Keyword.

Are these keywords saved on the cloud?

Yes! All keyword settings are saved on the cloud. This means they will be usable on all your computers.

How do saved keywords affect other pages in the PicThrive Workspace?

When you navigate to any other page in the PicThrive Workspace, any saved keywords in albums will display with the same color style. This lets you quickly identify albums on the History Page, Pending Page or where you see them!
