Sales and Marketing Analytics

PicThrive offers reporting insights into how your guests are purchasing, what they are purchasing, and how they interact with your marketing.

View Analytics

  1. Click Admin on the Left
  2. Click Sales & Marketing Analytics
  3. Select the category and the report you wish to view.
  4. Optionally change date range or other input settings.
  5. A progress bar will appear at the top of the page as the report loads.
  6. You can optionally download a report by click the "download" down arrow on the green bar.

Marketing

  • Top Gallery Views
    • These are your most viewed guest galleries. See the content that has generated the most online photo/video marketing views. Use this to share your best photos, reward guides or feed your curiosity into what people are sharing!
  • Total Gallery Views
    • Check out how your photo/video marketing is doing. Your guests share your branded galleries, which gets you infront of new potential customers. Track your total views over time to see when people share and when best to market to them.
  • Review Clicks in Galleries (How do I Check Review Clicks In Galleries?)
    • In your guest gallery there are several places a guest can click to leave a review. Be it in the Marketing Prompt or on the top review section. (See more here). This report tracks the number of clicks on any review site. Be sure to select which store you want this report for.
      • Note: this does not guarantee the customer left a review as that is impossible for a 3rd party to validate.
      • Note: this report only contains data from May 26th and on and displays its days in the UTC timezone.
  • Share Clicks in Galleries
    • In your guest gallery there are several places a guest can click to share their gallery. Be it in the Marketing Prompt or on the top share button. This report tracks the number of clicks on any share button. This report does not track if the customer shared their gallery through other means.
      • Note: this does not guarantee the customer left a review as that is impossible for a 3rd party to validate.
      • Note: this report only contains data from May 26th and on and displays its days in the UTC timezone.
  • Types of Review Clicks (How Do I Check Types of Review Clicks?)
    • For each review click across your galleries, this report breaks out the type of review site they went to. Use this to figure out where guests are leaving reviews.
  • Types of Share Clicks
    • For each share click across your galleries, this report breaks out the type of share site they used.

Sales

  • Purchasing Method
    • See how guests are purchasing albums. Are they purchasing online, using Gift Cards, or Kiosk. Track where those sales are coming from so you can better maximize your sales.
  • Estimated Purchase Values
    • A count of purchases grouped by their estimated amounts. Use this report to determine what people are willing to pay for photos/videos. Adjust your pricing to maximize your needs.
    • For Online Sales we use real amounts paid by guests.
    • For Instore sales we estimate pricing based on your "Default Pricing".
  • Online Store Sessions
    • View the unique count of sessions on your online store
    • This report is broken out by each "Store"
  • Year over Year Sale Count (How Do I compare My Sales to Last Year?)
    • Compare last years sales to this year.
    • This report shows a count of the number of sales.
  • Estimated Sale Totals
    • View the Estimated dollar total of your sales through PicThrive and find where you are making the most money.
    • This includes any Online, Kiosk, or Workspace (Instore) based sales, even when PicThrive is not the payment source
    • This is report is broken out by each Sales Method.
  • Estimated Online Store Totals
    • View the Estimated dollar total of your sales through PicThrive's Online Store
  • Estimated Online Store Totals
    • This is a dollar amount estimate for each of your Online Stores. You can adjust the date to view various days of sales. This report is not updated when refunds happen.
  • Estimated Yearly Sales Totals
    • Similar to the previous report, this shows estimated sales totals. This chart breaks each sale type into its own column. It also lets you compare sales year over year.
  • Album Sales
    • This shows up to 500 albums that have sold. You can view a total for number of sales by PicThrive's POS or by your POS. Use the date shifter to adjust it.

Misc

  • Raw Sales Data
    • This report is ideal to download and pop into your favorite spreadsheet tool. It contains all data about sales that we collect for analytic purposes. It does not include any refund information.
