Adjust Computer Sleep Settings
If your computer is set to go to sleep, or turn off, automatically this can cause your uploads stop. As PicThrive runs in your browser we have no way to stop your computer from falling asleep. Below is a guide on how to configure your computer to not fall asleep.

Windows
- In the start menu type Power Options
- On the left-hand side click Change when the computer sleeps
- Be sure to set Put the computer to sleep to Never. Do this for both On battery and Plugged in.
Mac OSX
- Click on the SpyGlass/Search icon on the top right of the mac.
- Type in Energy Saver and click on the Energy Saver app.
- Drag the sliders to the right so that computer does not go to sleep.
