What do I get?

Will you email me?

You'll get an email with a link to an online gallery that you can immediately view from any device and from which you can also download the photos/videos at any time.

How long will the photos stay online?

Your photos/videos will stay up for at least 1 year, so you can view, share, and download as much as you want.

Do I get prints?

Your photos are print-ready, so you can take it to your favorite print shop and get it done fast and cheap. This way the print won't get wrecked on your travels. We recommend checking out local stores like Costco, or online at Shutterfly if you want to get your digital purchase printed.

I need help with my photos.

Simply reply to the email or click on the support link in the email. Experts will help you out with anything you need.

My photo/video email never came through.
