How do I resolve bounced emails?

  1. Go to the History page.
  2. A RED banner at the top of the page will notify you if and how many bounced emails there are. Click VIEW EMAILS to see all bounced emails.
    1. Identify bounced emails by the red sad face next to the entry.
  3. Click the 3 dots to the right of the email.
  4. Click the RESOLVE button for the bounced email.
  5. A dialog will open
  6. If you know the correct email, select "Correct and send to new email".
    1. If you do not know the correct email, select "ignore". To get credited, then Delete the Email
    2. Make sure you refund the guest as well!
  7. Under "New Email Address" edit email address or provide a correct email.
    1. If you have resolved the issue by directly emailing the customer yourself, select "Ignore".
  8. Click RESOLVE to resend the album at no additional cost.
  9. To return to viewing all entries click the History tab.

You will still be charged for any "Purchases" that are sent to a bounced email. Be sure to reach to the customer to resolve their email so they can receive their purchase. If you wish to refund your customer, you can "Delete" the link and be credited.
