The Manage Album Toolbar
At the top of the Manage Album page there is a quick access toolbar. This toolbar allows you to modify the album and its contents.
From left-to-right the buttons are:
- Change the pricing scheme of the album.
- Change the Tour associated with this album. (Integration Powered)
- Manage Souvenir photos/video to this album.
- Toggle the size of the thumbnails (images) on this page. Use this to get a bigger view of photos!
- Play a Slide Show of the uploaded photos & videos in this album.
- Delete any selected photos/videos.
- Download any selected photos/videos.
- Move the selected photos/videos into a different or new album.
- Copy the selected photos/videos into a different or new album.
- Upload more photos/videos to this album.
- Send this album to a customer.
Photos & Videos
Photos and videos will be displayed below the upload progress bar. Videos are shown first, and then videos.
You can select photos & videos by using keyboard shortcuts, or the mouse.
To help you organize, or keep track of the album contents, you can sort the media. Sorting will always result in videos on top, followed by photos. Clicking the sort buttons BY NAME and By Date Uploaded will sort the contents accordingly.
Sorting will not affect the online store.
