How do I download photos without sending an album?
Staff can download any cloud stored photo(s) or video(s) for your own internal use.
Video Tutorial : How to Download an Entire Album
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Find the album you want photos from on the Workspace.
2. Click the photo icon on the bottom left. Alternatively, click the 3 dots on the top right of the album, and select "Manage Album"
3. Select the photos you wish to download. A thin green outer box appears around the select(ed) images
- To select one photo or video click on the thumbnail
- To select more than one photo or video, select Ctrl (Windows) or Command(Apple) key on your keyboard and then select your photos or videos with your mouse
4. On the top toolbar click the download icon.
5. Select if you would like to download the _Original_ files, or for faster download, the _Medium_ files.
6. A dialog will appear to process your request.
7. When the download finishes, a dialog will show "It's ready!"
8. Click the blue _Download_ link inside the download to start the download.
***Note: The Zip file will drop into the bottom left corner
9. Once the Zip file download completes, use View My Downloads below to locate your files
10. Now you can use e-mail to send yourself the file or download to USB/Flashdrive
