Invoice Day Summary
This report is intended to give a quick, day by day summary of what you've been charged for on your invoice, for the current billing period. This includes the total number of Entire Albums sent and Gift Cards redeemed, per day. For example, if you sent out 6 Entire Albums and 3 Gift Cards were redeemed on one day, you would see 9 under "Number of Redemptions" and the corresponding total charge on your invoice, under "Total".
The invoice day summary report will become available after your monthly invoice is paid. If your bill is due on the *15th* of each month, your Invoice Day Summary would be available the *16th* of each month.
Download Report
- Click on Admin on the left-hand side menu
- On the top bar click Exportable Reports
- Find the "Invoice Day Summary" box
- Select invoice period you wish to download this report for.
- Click Download to get the download link
- In the dialog that appears, click the blue text to download your report.
To get automatically notified when a new report is generated click on "Email Notifications". See: Report Email Notifications
Report Fields
The following fields are contained inside this report:
- Date Redeemed - The date the customer's order was finalized (I.e., the day the Entire Album Order Link was sent, and the date the guest redeemed their Gift Card through the Online Store)
- Number of Redemptions - The number of redemptions that occurred this day (I.e., the day the Entire Album was sent through PicThrive and the date the guest *redeemed* their Gift Card through the Online Store)
- Store Name - The name of the store through which albums and Gift Cards were sent and redeemed
- Total - The total dollar value you were invoiced for by PicThrive, for in-store sales
- This total dollar value does *not* include the total dollar value that your guests paid you for their photo/video packages
