The Sales Overview tab provides insight into your sales through PicThrive. You can view both your sales through the PicThrive POS and the estimated sales through your own POS.

Sales Numbers Not Matching

Within the Sales Overview tab you can export and download filtered data into a csv file.

When exporting data you may see figures that don't match what's listed in the top section of the page.

This can be alarming, but something to remember is that data within these pages is cached for 5 minutes and doesn't update instantly. This means that depending on when you view and export data there can be transactions that aren't included in the exported file.

Why does this sale have 0 fees?

We support your guests behind the scenes, as well as you.

Our Guest Support team often sends gift cards to guests who received the wrong album or selected the wrong number of photos.

Mistakes happen and we would never want to charge you for supporting a guest.

These transactions won't count towards totals listed under Your POS.

Time zones are hard

A good rule of thumb is to filter date ranges to end on the previous full day.

We're in a different time zone, you're in a different time zone, and your guests can be in a different time zone by the time they make a purchase.

We do our best to handle every edge case, but just like cached data, you may miss recent transactions when exporting data from the current day.
