To check on the status of your Integration first login into the Workspace. Next, navigate to Integrations on the left-hand-side. You will then see a list of active integrations as well as the last date we received new info.

When you see a green box next to the integration status, it means we have up to date info. The color of this box will change depending on how stale the integration is. If you are actively running tours and have had the integration setup for a while, something may be wrong with it.

Reservation and Waiver systems each push data to us differently. Some systems will push bookings/waivers to us as they happen, while others are scheduled or require extra input from your staff.

FareHarbor

FareHarbor will push data to PicThrive as the tour is running. Only guests that have emails will be given to PicThrive.

Smartwaiver

Guests are required to be "Checked-in" on Smartwaiver for them to appear in PicThrive. This is used so that we can associate a guest with the date of their Trip.

Wherewolf, Xola, Checkfront, Rezdy & Rezgo

When new information is added to these systems PicThrive will be notified. Eg. Someone bookings a new trip, we will be notified.
