When online purchases are made, they are automatically deposited into your Stripe Account. Only 1 Stripe account can be attached to a single Store.

You can change, or add a new Stripe Account at any point in time.

First navigate to the pricing page for the Store you want to edit by using the Left Handed Menu. Navigate to Stores> Select your Store Brand> Go to Pricing.

  1. On the top right of the Pricing page (black toolbar), there's a drop-down menu. This drop-down will show you your currently selected Stripe account.
  2. To Change your account, click the drop-down and select another account.
  3. To Add a new account, click "Connect New Stripe Account". A dialogue from Stripe will appear for you to either login or create an account with.
    1. Sometimes your browser's popup blocker might prevent the dialog from opening. If you see no popup, please "Always allow" popups from PicThrive. Then refresh your page and re-click the the "Connect" button.
  4. After you create a stripe account, or approve the connection to an existing one, the dialog will automatically close.
    1. If the dialog does not automatically close, please go back to step 3, ensuring you allowed popups before clicking "Connect"
  5. After the dialog automatically closes, find and select the newly connected Stripe account in the drop-down menu. This will set this new Stripe account as the default Stripe account.
Adding a new Stripe account does not automatically set it as the default Stripe account. This must be done manually as indicated in the step above.
