Smart Album Title
To help staff quickly work we have the powerful Smart Album Title. These Album Titles are populated by your usage, preferences and connected integrations.
You can customize how we connect with Integrations by toggling on/off:
- Use Tour Names from Partner Integrations.
- Use Guest Names from Partner Integrations.
- Use Pricing Scheme Album Names.
- When the name of a Pricing Scheme is used in an Album Title, the album's pricing will be changed to that pricing scheme.
- Use Souvenir Album Names.
- When the name of a Souvenir Album is used in an Album Title, the Souvenir album will be added to the album.
- Learn new Album Names based on usage.
To take advantage of PicThrive's "Smart Album Title" by default "Use Souvenir Album Names" is turned on. This will use your provided list of Souvenir albums as an auto-complete suggestion. Use this to quickly add in a Souvenir album just by writing its name!
PicThrive can also attempt to learn how you write albums. Turn on "Learn new Album Names based on usage" to take advantage of this. If you prefer to have a set list of album names you can manually Create a New Album Title Suggestion. You can also remove any user created suggestion if desired.

- Don't worry about adding dates to your Album Titles! PicThrive auto organizes your albums by date, and offers full calendar options for your team & your guests!
- Guests will be using Album Titles to locate their trip photos, choose a naming setup that makes this easy for them!
- Have more than one Guide per trip? You can use initials to help shorten Album Titles!
- Album Titles help power Integrations! Ensure you're naming Albums as close to the tour name for optimal coverage.
