Retail Sales Training
Retail Sales Training is an online training program that you can use to help train staff on how to effectively sell in a retail environment. It provides staff with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively communicate the features & benefits of digital photos and how to handle guest's objections to purchasing photos/videos.
The training is broken down into five "microlearnings", which are based around the Guest's Journey. Each microlearning includes a variety of text, videos, infographics, charts, and quizzes.
