A customer left without paying, what do I do?

If a customer creates an order on a Kiosk and leaves without paying, the best option is to send them to the online store.

  1. Click the trash icon.
  2. In the dialog that appears, ensure that Send to buy online is selected.
  3. Click OK.
  4. The customer will be sent a link to their photos to purchase from the online store. The order will no longer appear in Pending.
Make sure you only delete orders you are confident have not been paid for.
