Put these on your calendar so you can ramp up with our experts guiding you through each phase of the set up process.

After creating your account, you're required to attend these first 3 training sessions before you can go live.

These sessions start running the week of March 27.

Workflow (new customers only)
  • Tuesdays (5:30pm Eastern, 4:30pm Central, 3:30pm Mountain, 2:30pm Pacific )

Getting to Know the Workspace

A great opportunity for new and existing accounts to get accustom to all the features that make it easy to sell and market your photos and videos.

  • Wednesdays (11:30am Eastern, 10:30am Central, 9:30am Mountain, 8:30am Pacific)
  • Thursdays (5:45pm Eastern, 4:45pm Central, 3pm Mountain, 2:45pm Pacific)

New and existing accounts can build out a more complete branded guest experience when they understand all the marketing and sales tools available within the PicThrive workspace.

  • Thursdays (11:30am Eastern, 10:30am Central, 9:30am Mountain, 8:30am Pacific)
  • Fridays (5pm Eastern, 4pm Central, 3pm Mountain, 2pm Pacific)
