If your QR Code is not properly being detected/working, please try the following steps:
- Ensure the photo of the QR code is clear and takes up over 75% of the image and is in focus
- Check to make sure QR Code detection is enabled: Automatic QR Code Album Creation
- Test the QR code with your phone, to ensure your phone can detect it
- Ensure your album name doesn't use any special characters. We only support a to z, A to Z, 0 to 9, quotes ' ", spaces, underscore _, dash _, and period .
- Check if your PicThrive Instant Installation was done correctly.
- On windows, make sure the `C:\ProgramData\PicThrive3PTools` folder exists and has contents. If it is missing, please re-install PicThrive Instant with Admin rights.
