QR Code not being detected

If your QR Code is not properly being detected/working, please try the following steps:

  • Ensure the photo of the QR code is clear and takes up over 75% of the image
  • Check to make sure QR Code detection is enabled: Automatic QR Code Album Creation
  • Test the QR code with your phone, to ensure your phone can detect it
  • Check if your PicThrive Instant Installation was done correctly.
    • On windows, make sure the `C:\ProgramData\PicThrive3PTools` folder exists and has contents. If it is missing, please re-install PicThrive Instant with Admin rights.
