How do I delete a pending order?

To delete a Pending Order, click delete icon. This will show a dialog that gives you the option to either send the customer a link to the online store or to delete the order forever. If an order has already been approved, click pencil icon to edit the order. You will then be able to delete the order.

  1. If the customer left without paying, select Send to buy online and click then OK. This will send a link to the online store where they can complete their purchase and get their photos/videos.
  2. To just delete the order check Delete forever and click OK.
