Pending Item Entry
Every pending item entry has the following components:
- Where the order was created
- Tablet
- Gift Card
- Store Link
- Full Album
- Tablet
- Email address of the customer.
- The date the entry was created.
- The "Sync" status of the album. If green the content of purchase will sync with any changes made to the underlying album. See Auto Syncing Entire Album Sends
- Quantity of photos/videos in the entry, as well as the number of albums the item contains.
- Delete a pending purchase
- An Approve button that sends the order to the customer.
- Edit the purchase
Example Order
In the example below, we can see that info@picthrive.com with the phone number 555-555-5555 has made a pending order from a tablet-based kiosk. They did so on November 15th, 2022. Their order has _3_ photos and 0 videos in it, while the source album has _3_ photos and 1 videos in it. Their order consists of 1 album. The order has yet to be approved. Their order is also not set to "sync" with any changes to the source album.
