Find Email or Order

Emails can be tricky. Sometimes they are misspelled, other times people have their spam filter set to Fort Knox. Unfortunately, when this occurs a customer won't be able to get their email. To solve this, simply find their order history and then send out their album at no extra cost.

There are multiple ways to find their email. Check below for the one that best matches your needs.

I know the email address

  1. Click on the History tab
  2. Click the search icon on the toolbar.
  3. Type in the email address you are looking for.
  4. Click the search icon.
  5. Look for the email entry. If you have not found it, continue to the next section below.
  6. Resend the email if necessary by clicking Resend inside the CONTENTS

I know the album that was sent

  1. Click on the Workspace
  2. Change the Calendar on the top right to the date of their album
  3. Locate the album with the correct name
  4. Click the little Number next to the Send button.
    1. If there is no Number next to the Send button, then this album has no record of any emails being sent from it. Its possible the customer was never sent anything.
  5. A dialog will appear, listing all emails that were sent from this album.

I know the date the email was sent

  1. Click on the History tab.
  2. Ensure the mode is set to List by Date Sent on the top left of the toolbar.
  3. Click the calendar.
  4. Navigate to the date the email was sent. The table below will automatically update to the correct date.
  5. Look for the email entry. If you have not found it, go to I still can't find the email at the bottom of this help.
  6. Resend the email if necessary by clicking Resend inside the CONTENTS

I still can't find the email!
