Customize my Store
You can customize the appearance and links on your Online Store.
- Click on Stores
- Click on the store you want to customize
From this page, you can customize how your Store will looking to customers.
To edit the pricing for a Store see Pricing.

Customization Options
All changes automatically save. Be sure to wait for the "Saved" confirmation or any error messages.
Store Branding
This section will let you set the basics of your Store/branding. You can set the store/company name, website link and logo.
Any changes to this section will affect any outgoing emails, your Online Store, Workspace and Guest Gallery.
We recommend uploading a square logo at least 300x300.
Online Store
The following section allows you to customize the layout, actions and promotions of your Online Store.
Description
A short blurb to show under your company name on the Online Store. Use this to describe your company.
Coupons & Gift Cards
Toggle the visibility of input fields for Coupons and Gift Cards on your Online Store. When toggled on, customers will see options on Checkout to manually add a coupon or Gift Card.
Store Theme
Customize the look and feel of your Online Store. Choose from the drop down which theme you wish to have. It will change the colors, background and buttons of your Online Store. After selecting an option, use the link on the top of the page to view the changes.
Promotions
Do you have a promotion you want to run on the Online Store? This is the place to put it. This promotion will appear on the top of the page, right under your company name.
When creating you must specify the "Title" and "Text" for it. Optionally you can set a "Link" and "Action Label".
You may want to use this banner to tell guests of a coupon code, cross promote other trips, get more bookings, or suggest they add additional items to their cart.
Action Links
Drive visiting guests to review sites, socials or any other link. Simply enter the name you want on the link (Eg. "Review Us") and put in the desired link (Eg. A tripadvisor review link).
These links appear on the Company banner at the top and bottom of each page.
Web Search
By default, Google can index your Online Store and display it in Search Results. Toggling this off, will ask Google to not index your store. Note: It may take Google several days to weeks to remove your store from their index.
Storefront Banner
This banner appears on the Storefront and on the Kiosks.
We recommend using a scenic photo for the background banner.
Be a PNG or JPEG
Have the dimensions of at least 1280x500
Be less than 4MB

Remarketing & Analytics
Add in any Google Ad words campaign or Facebook marketing pixels. We will then inject these into your Online Store and Guest Gallery allowing you to target your customers.
While we do provide some basic Sales and Marketing Analytics to track Store and Gallery views, you are welcome to add in your own Google Analytics. You can use this to track events and views to both your Online Store and Guest Galleries.
