If a guest issues a chargeback for a purchase that went through PicThrive we will:

  • Investigate the cause of the chargeback, contacting the guest to determine their reasoning.
  • Inform you about the chargeback and request additional information related to the purchase you may have.
  • Collect evidence to support our claim.
  • Challenge the chargeback, if appropriate, with the gathered evidence.
  • Update you every step of the way and fight for you.

Stripe (payment processor) takes chargebacks extremely seriously and will immediately remove funds from accounts associated with the chargeback. A fee may later be issued to you for the chargeback occurring.
