Next to each Email Entry is 3 dots. Clicking the three dots will provide you with a menu of frequent actions. To see the content of the email, click "Details". The information that appears in this dialog changes depending on the Email Type.

All Email Content dialogs will have the following information:

  • Email address that the email was sent to.
  • The content of the email.
  • History Events of the email.
    • This will tell you when the email was sent, delivered, opened, or bounced.
  • The ability to provide Guest Help or to Resolve a bounced email

Purchase Emails

These emails are sent after a customer makes a purchase in-store or online. Inside the email dialog, it will show the following:

  • View Album
    • Every album that was involved in this purchase will be listed. Clicking each link will take you to that album on the Workspace.
  • View Purchase
    • This is the link to the customer's purchased album. Clicking this link will take you to their album.
  • Payment
    • This shows payment information relevant to the purchase. You may be able to refund the customer by clicking the refund button.

Anytime a link to purchase photos/video from the online store is sent to a customer, this will appear. Inside the email  dialog, it will show the following:

  • View Album
    • The album that was linked. Clicking each link will take you to that album on the Workspace.
  • View Store
    • This is a link to the online store of the specific album sent. Clicking this link will take you to the online store.

Gift Card

When a Gift Card is sent, or a Specific quantity is sent via the Send dialog, this will appear. Inside the email dialog, it will show the following:

  • Redeemed
    • If the Gift Card has been Redeemed, then a green box will appear stating so.
  • Not Used
    • If the Gift Card has not been Redeemed yet, then a yellow box will appear stating so.
  • View Gift Card
    • This is a link to the online store of the specific album sent. It will automatically apply the credit to the account for the quantity specified when creating the Gift Card.
  • View Purchase Email
    • If the Gift Card has been Redeemed, the link will be to the order that was created with the Gift Card
  • View Album
    • The album that was linked. Clicking each link will take you to that album on the Workspace.
