Email History Record
Every email history record keeps track of the following components. From Left to Right they are
- Email Status
- Customer Email & SMS Number
- Basic Info Block including:
- Type of Email (Eg. Purchase, Store Link)
- Date the Email was sent
- A list of albums associated with the Email. Click on an album name to view it on the Workspace.
- Email Options by clicking the 3 dots
- Email Details
- Resend Email or Resolve Email
- Guest Help
- View Email
- Delete Email
Mobile View
On smaller screens or mobile the help entry will look like so:
- The top bar has
- Email Status
- Email Options by clicking the 3 dots
- The middle section has, from left to right
- Customer Email & SMS Number
- Basic Info Block.
- Type of Email (Eg. Purchase, Store Link)
- Date the Email was sent
