Sales with PicThrive's POS

A monthly report of your PicThrive sales, using PicThrive POS, can be downloaded. This contains all online sales and any Kiosk sales that use PicThrive as the payment processor.

The PicThrive POS Sales report will become available at the beginning of each month. Alternatively you can request On-Demand reports for POS Sales. See below for more details.

  1. Click on Admin on the left-hand side menu
  2. On the top bar click Exportable Reports
  3. Find the "Sales with PicThrive's POS" box
  4. Select Store you wish to download this report for. If you only have 1 Store, skip this step.
  5. Select the month you wish to download this report for.
  6. Click Download to get the download link
  7. In the dialog that appears, click the blue text to download your report.

If you wish to get automatically notified when this report is generated, clicked on "Email Notifications". See Report Email Notifications

On-Demand Report

Reports can be generated with any requested date range On-Demand.

  1. Navigate to "Sales with PicThrive's POS", like the steps above explain.
  2. Select which Store you want the report for.
  3. Click the "blue link" at the bottom of the box that says "On-Demand Reports (Per Store)"
  4. Select the date range you want the report for.
  5. Enter the email address you want the report to go to.
  6. Click "Queue"
  7. Your email will be alerted once the report is generated. Generally it can take up to 1 hour or so for the report to be generated. You can also come back later and check the "Previous Reports" tab in this dialog to download previously generated reports.

Report Fields

The following fields are inside the CSV:

Required Fields
  • Created (UTC) - The date and time this order was created. This is in the UTC Timezone
  • Description - Basic details about the order, including the # of photos, # of videos and the customers email
  • Email - The email address the customer entered
  • Amount - The amount the customer paid
  • AmountRefunded - The amount refunded to the customer. For how to refund a customer see: How do I refund a customer?
  • Currency - The currency the transaction occurred in
  • Album Names - The names of all albums that were included in the transaction.
  • Album Dates - The dates of all albums that were included in the transaction. Each entry will be in the same order as the associated Album Name.
  • Store Name - The name of the store this purchase was for.
  • Payment Source - Kiosk or Online.
  • OrderId - The ID of the customers order.
  • Destination Account - The Stripe account these funds were sent to.
  • Fees - The total amount of fees charged by both PicThrive and Stripe for this sale.
  • Net - The total after taxes and fees have been removed.
Optional Fields

The following fields will only appear if there is data for it.

  • Tax Charged - The amount of tax charged to the guest
  • Transfered Destination Amount - If transfers are used instead of straight direct charges.
  • Secondary Transfered Amount - If transfers are used instead of straight direct charges, and the transfer was split. This is a deprecated field and only appears for legacy entries.

CSVs are generated at the start of each month, and may not reflect any refunds or disputes that occur after the month has ended.
