All of your In-Store sales, through your POS, are billed monthly. To pay your bill for sales made you can specify a credit (or debit) card. In the US you can also pay via ACH.

For payment via Credit/Debit Card follow these steps:

  1. Log into PicThrive
  2. Click Admin on the left-hand side menu
  3. Click Billing on left submenu.
  4. Click the Edit Card top right toolbar.
  5. A dialog will appear for you to enter your credit card information.
    All credit card information is processed securely by Stripe.
  6. Enter your card's information and click Save

For US customers, you can pay through your bank account. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log into PicThrive
  2. Click Admin on the left-hand side menu
  3. Click Billing on left submenu.
  4. Click the Edit ACH top right toolbar.
  5. An ACH Settings dialog window will appear for you to read, click Next
    All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  6. Enter your Bank Account Information and click Save
    1. Stripe will now complete 2 micro deposits. These may take 1-2 days to appear on your Online Statement.
  7. In your Online Banking Statement look for descriptor of AMNTS, followed by the value of the micro deposit.
  8. Enter the value of the micro deposits into PicThrive
    Note: Only 10 attempts are allowed to verify your account. If this limit is crossed your bank account will not be able to be verified.
    1. To enter the deposits, repeat Steps 1-4
    2. An ACH Settings dialog box will appear with two spaces to enter the values of the micro deposits
  9. Click Verify
