The Guests Page gives you a centralized view of all your guests and their recent interactions! This makes it easy to stay on top of who received what as well as who is on which tour. To get to the Guests Page, click on the "Guests" tab in the sidebar.

Find A Specific Guest

The easiest way to find the guest you're looking for in PicThrive is by using the search in the Guests Page. Simply search for your guest's name or email at the top of the page and we will show you resulting guests for your search.

Filtering Guests

If you're looking for guests for a specific day, you can change the date in the top right corner of the page. We will then show guests that either received an email or had a tour booking for that date.

You can also filter for guests for a specific store or email status by using the dropdowns at the top left of the page.

One common use for the email status filter is finding guests with bounced emails. To see these guests, you can either change the email status dropdown to show "Bounced" or click on "View Guests" if you see the bounced alert banner at the top of the page.

Guest Information

For each guest, we will show their contact details as well as their most recent email and booking. Below is example of how we show a guest's information. On the top left will be the guest's name, email, and phone number, and on the right will be the most recent email and tour for the guest. You can see more emails and tours by clicking on the "+2 more" below it.

From here you can also manage the guest's emails by clicking on the menu icon on the right side of the email. This will let you view the email's details, resend, resolve a bounce, get guest help, view, and delete the email.

With the Guest's Page you can quickly and easily see if a guest has been sent anything or not, and manage what has been sent! You can also see what tours a guest has bookings for.

Tip: If you hover over the contact information for a guest you'll be able to copy it. This is useful for quickly copying an email, name, or phone number!
