Export all emails sent in the last quarter
PicThrive generates a new CSV for you at the start of every quarter that contains a list of all emails sent to guests, as visible on the History page. You can access this report from
- Log into the Workspace
- Navigate to Admin on the left hand side
- Click on Exportable Reports
- Scroll down to "Emails Sent"
This report is generated on the 4th day of every new quarter.
It contains:
- Guest's email
- The link they were sent
- What type of email they were sent
- Date of the album
- Date of the email sent
- The last Status of the email
- Which Store it was sent from
Download recent emails
You can also download more recent emails by:
- Go to the History page
- On the top right, click Download
- A CSV of the current visible items on the History page will be downlable
