How do I provide technical support to my customers?

Tell your guest to reply to their order email with their problem and an expert will help them out. If they can't find their email have them visit https://guests.picthrive.com . This will let them get instant access to all the emails sent to them through PicThrive.

When the guest replies to the email, it will instantly hit our Smart Helpdesk for Guests. Our support team can then quickly solve your guest's problem, with the best resources at hand. Guests can also contact our Smart Helpdesk for Guests via guests@picthrive.com

Email support for guests is included free with your PicThrive account. If you would like to add premium guest phone support, please contact one of our Account Executives.
