Install PicThrive TV Slideshow

The PicThrive TV Slideshow app can be used to display your albums automatically on the TVs in your retail store.

To get started you will need a Google TV or Amazon TV. If you do not have a Smart TV you can buy a Chromecast with Google TV or Amazon FireStick TV. These cheaper alternatives plug into the HDMI slot of any TV.

Amazon Firestick: If you are unable to find the "PicThrive TV Slideshow" app on the appstore, you may need to update your device to newer firmware manually.

On the TV App navigate to the App Section
Search for "PicThrive TV Slideshow"
Install and Open the App
Once the App loads it will display a Code. Note that code.
On a computer, go to your PicThrive Workspace (browser only).
Click on "TV" on the left-hand-side
Click "Add Tv"
Enter the Code displayed on the TV
Give a name for this TV.
1. Note: You cannot change this name later. You may also want to use this name to help identify which TV is which if you have multiple TVs.
Select "All Stores" and click "Add TV"
Wait for the TV to mark itself as registered. The Code will disappear and a new screen will be displayed.
On your computer, you will now see a screen asking for settings to be entered. Customize your TV.
1. Ensure your select a default "Store" to display on the TV.
Once completed, the TV will update to show the Store's name and logo.
Congratulations, your TV is now ready to be used!
