Best Practices via Live Training

Many of our outdoor adventure customers are refreshing their operations and equipment. It also means it’s hiring season! 

As you get staff onboarded, be sure to point them to our new “Workspace live training”. Based on customer feedback, we’ve carved out a regular time to show your teams the basics of the workspace. 

  • Watch the 7 series Selling photos 
  • Give your staff a 'friendly sales' training so they are ready to represent your brand when they chat it up with guests. 
  • Review commissions, and set up new ones
  • Consider how to build additional incentives into your photo sales program

The Flybook - Integration Partner

The Flybook reservation software takes “software as a service” seriously, prioritizing SERVICE through support staff locally (US) based, with previous guide and operator experience, and by treating customers as partners. When you connect The Flybook to PicThrive, you're extending the guest experience, and saving your team valuable time. 

PEEK - Integration Partner

In January, we launched our integration with Peek.

Connecting Peek to the PicThrive workspace will automatically identify which customers have already purchased photos and videos in store, then connect those who haven’t made purchases directly to their trip album for the opportunity to buy online.

Take advantage of integrations! Our friends at Skydive Oregon have regained one hour of their day by using this more streamlined workflow. In addition to the big roll out of Auto-Enhance and our new partner integrations, the New Slideshow app has been a big hit. Many operators are seeing a positive impact to in-store engagement, plus it's just easier to manage.
