My payment is overdue

If your payment is overdue, your credit card is expired or has been declined, we highly recommend that you make a payment or update your credit card as soon as possible.

The quickest way to make a payment is by credit or debit card.

If you're unable to make a payment right away due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us by emailing helpnow@picthrive.com or by calling us at our customer support line.

Once a payment arrangement has been made, we'll ensure your account stays active until you've updated your credit card and are caught up on payments.

Things to Know

If you're credit card has expired or has been declined, we will attempt to contact you and request that you update your credit card as soon as possible. If there has been no action taken, your account may become suspended.

When an account is suspended, certain features will be disabled or removed completely.

  • All access to store and workspace will be shut-off
  • Kiosk will fail to work properly
  • All campaigns will be deleted
