Connected No Photos

If the Tablet shows "Found" in the Local Mode settings, but you are not seeing any photos in albums. Please ensure:

  • Ensure you only have 1 computer setup with PicThrive Instant on your network.
    • If you have additional computers make sure they are in "Secondary Install" mode in their settings.
    • You may also want to make sure the tablet is set to "Manual IP" instead of automated search. See step 12 and on above.
  • Ensure you are uploading via PicThrive Instant and not the web browser.
  • Ensure that albums are properly displaying the "green checkmark" next to the photo count on the bottom left of the album card.
    • For example: This album has 4 photos processed for local display, with 32 photos uploaded to the cloud.
    • If you do not see the green checkmark, please ensure:
      • "Instant Mode Resizers" in the Settings is set to at least 1. Then re-upload.
    • If you still do not see a green checkmark, please re-install PicThrive Instant. Ensure you are installing with Admin Privileges and wait for all steps to complete.
      • If that fails to change anything, please try download and install this application (here). After install, please restart PicThrive Instant.
