PicThrive Instant Cache
PicThrive Instant will cache data on your computer incase of any issue with uploads, network or disk errors. The application will automatically clear data after a few days of it being on file. However, should you run out of disk space, faster than the applications default settings, it is possible to clear the cache.
Do not clear the cache if you are currently displaying photos on kiosks, or still uploading. This may cause issues for you and your guests.
- Go to the Workspace Settings
- Locate Instant Photo Sales Kiosk section.
- Click the Clear Cache button. Wait a few minutes as PicThrive clears up the files it can.
