How does Tax appear in reporting?

In PicThrive reports you will see a Tax Amount column. This is the amount of money shown to the customer as being paid towards taxes.

How does the PicThrive Commission work with Taxes?

The PicThrive commission of 20% is taken off of the Subtotal. A Credit Card processing fee (3-4%) is applied to Tax Amount.

Eg. Your photos cost $100, and has 10% tax. Your customer will pay $110 when purchasing online. You will retain $80 off the subtotal, and $9.70 from the tax, for a total of $89.70.
