It's important to set the pricing for your photos and video. Each Online Store has its own pricing page. To edit a Store's Pricing:

  1. Navigate to Stores
  2. Select the store you want to adjust.
  3. On the top toolbar click Pricing

Multiple pricing schemes can have a variety of utilities:

  • Price tours differently
  • Set a special event's pricing
  • In-store kiosk priced different than online pricing

Create Pricing

To create a new pricing scheme:

  1. Click Add Pricing Scheme. This will open a dialog that will guide you through the steps.
  2. Select your currency.
  3. Select whether or not you want the same or separate pricing for photos & videos.
  4. Select if you want Per Album or Per Day Pricing
  5. Select the Pricing Scheme you wish to use.
  6. Continue the steps as prompted by the dialog.
  7. You will be given an option to provide discounts. See Automatic Pricing Discounts
  8. You can then select if you wish to charge tax. The options are No, tax after subtotal or VAT Included.

Edit Pricing

To change a pricing scheme click the pencil icon on the row corresponding to the pricing scheme you want to update.

Default Pricing

Only 1 pricing scheme can be set to Default Pricing at a time. Default Pricing is the pricing scheme that will be used on every album unless overridden.

  • To set a pricing scheme as the default one, click the bookmark icon on the desired pricing scheme's row.
Be sure to set a default pricing otherwise your online store will not work.
