Approve an Order
- Find the Pending Entry for your customer. We suggest asking them what email they used.
- Verify their email is spelled correctly. If not, click the pencil icon to edit their email or phone number.
- If the customer has not ordered the full album, check to see if they would like all the photos/videos.
- If they want the full album, edit the order, then click on the toolbar to add all the photos/videos to their order.
- Take payment from the customer for their purchase using your company's payment system (POS).
- Click Approve to send them their album.
You can send an album even if photos are still uploading. If photos/videos are still uploading a message will appear indicating so. The customer will automatically be emailed their album once it has finished uploading.
