Approve an Order

  1. Find the Pending Entry for your customer. We suggest asking them what email they used.
  2. Verify their email is spelled correctly. If not, click the pencil icon to edit their email or phone number.
  3. If the customer has not ordered the full album, check to see if they would like all the photos/videos.
    1. If they want the full album, edit the order, then click on the toolbar to add all the photos/videos to their order.
  4. Take payment from the customer for their purchase using your company's payment system (POS).
  5. Click Approve to send them their album.
You can send an album even if photos are still uploading. If photos/videos are still uploading a message will appear indicating so. The customer will automatically be emailed their album once it has finished uploading.
