Gift Cards

Gift Cards provide a versatile way for you to deliver photos to your customers. They allow your customer to choose the photos they want after a trip, freeing up your time to process more customers or handle other tasks.

Gift Cards can be used to:

• Let the guest purchase photos in store and then choose their favorites online from any device.
• Sell photos before you have had a chance to upload them.
• Sell a certain quantity of photos.
• Presell photos before a tour.
• If you do not have access to the internet.

How to Send a Gift Card

We recommend sending a Guest their Gift Card directly from an album.

1. Find the guest's album.
2. Click Send.
3. Select "specify quantity"
4. Enter the value of the Gift Card.

Gift Card Tab

We do not recommend sending Gift Cards by themselves. However, if you wish to enable this old behavior, please follow:

1. Click on Workspace
2. Click on Settings
3. Find the Misc section
4. Toggle on Gift Cards
5. Navigate back to Workspace. The menu should now show "Gift Cards" on the left-hand-side.
